If you’ve got this far, then the chances are, you’re almost ready to send your first shoot to me. There’s a little more information on the process here and a few terms and conditions for you to confirm that you’ve read and agreed to that help to keep this editing ship sailing smoothly! Hopefully your questions will mostly be answered at this point but if you have any more, then please feel free to get in touch with me via email.

THE PROCESS

4. Turnaround

We will agree on this at the time you sign up but generally speaking, I work to a 3-5 week turnaround during the peak season and can offer a shorter turnaround in the quieter months. For urgent or one off requests then there is an express option.

5. Payment

Once you have approved the edit, simply pay via your online invoice which is sent at the time of the edit. Once received I send you your lrcat back and it’s onto the next!

1. Say hello

Complete the enquiry/signup form and exchange a few emails to chat about your needs and how the process works.

2. Send your Lightroom catalogue

Send your first edit via dropbox/wetransfer/googlemail/filemail so I can work remotely on your images. It’s very easy and I can help you do this part of the process if needs be.

3. Review the edit

You get to view the edit in an online gallery so you can approve it or if needs be, communicate any adjustments.

How many images do you normally deliver on average?

Will your shoots need to be culled?

Please check pricing if you would like this included. If you would like to cull some but send others for me to do this is fine, just let me know.

Please let me know whether you use a purchased preset or you have your own custom built/bespoke one.

Please also share any info about your editing style/preferences. What you like/dislike about your preset/editing style, what sliders you tweak, whether it acts up in certain light and how you tweak that to suit. Please use this section to tell me as much as you can.

Would you like B&W conversion? If so, please state what percentage roughly you would like to apply that to.

Please provide me with a minimum of 3 links to your online wedding galleries

*Not blog posts! Ideally full weddings you have delivered to your clients shot in various weather/light as I will use these as a guide to match your first edit up to.

Are you happy for me to occasionally share an image of yours for marketing purposes?

What is the deadline for this?

Please check every deadline with me as my diary is ever changing and depending on how busy I am I will agree a standard turnaround with you for the season but will aim to get them back sooner whenever I can.

If there's anything else at all you feel might be useful about your editing then use this space to let me know. If you prefer to tell me a funny story or something totally random to fill up the space then I whole heartedly encourage that to.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All editing will be carried out within Adobe LR using the latest version in Creative Cloud. You will need to be using this rather than a stand alone older version.
Please allow 48hrs from receipt of any feedback for any required amendments to an edit. This does not include weekends. Please ensure you take this into account when agreeing a deadline with me.
Once you have fully approved and paid for an edit, no further amendments will be made.
None of your work will be used for marketing without your consent as per the form.
AI processing is a standard part of my workflow; however, all edits will be manually processed thereafter by myself.
Please notify me if you wish to change the number of edits you wish to outsource or cancel entirely. I would appreciate keeping up to date records that enable me to offer your space to someone else if necessary.
All returned LR catalogues MUST be downloaded within 14 days of your link being emailed to you. I can not keep files beyond this time frame due to space. If you do not download the link then I cannot guarantee that I will still have it and you will be liable to paying again for any re-edit required.
